The basic rules of craps remain the same in Japan, regardless of where the game is played. The shooter (player) throws two dice down the length of the table and the players place their bets on the table. The shooter is the only one who throws the dice and must hit the walls of the table for the roll to count.
The three main bets in craps are the Line, Donāt Line, and Come/Donāt Come bets. In Line betting, players place their bet on the Line area of the table. If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 then the Line bet wins. If the shooter rolls a 2,3 or 12 then the Line bet loses.
The Don't Line bet is essentially the opposite of the Line bet. If the shooter rolls a 2,3 or 12 then the Don't Line bet wins, if the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 then the Don't Line bet loses.
In Come/Donāt Come betting, the players bet either for the shooter or against the shooter rolling a certain number before a 7 is thrown.
